The Site is an informational and lead-generation resource. Information on the Site describes our services in general terms. Specific services, scope, and pricing are determined on a per-project basis through an on-site estimate and written agreement.
Estimates provided through the Site, by phone, or by email are preliminary until confirmed in a written quote following an on-site visit. No estimate constitutes a binding contract or a guarantee of final pricing. Final pricing is determined after inspection of the work site and is set forth in a written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to revise an estimate if site conditions differ materially from what was described prior to the site visit.
Scheduling of work is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates. Delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond our control do not constitute a breach of contract. Cancellations by the customer after a written agreement has been executed may be subject to cancellation fees as specified in the written agreement. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for the work.
Payment terms are specified in each written agreement and vary by project. Generally, a deposit or partial payment may be required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment is due in full on the date specified in the written agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest or fees as specified in the written agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate work on any project where payment is not received as agreed.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for workmanship are set forth in the written agreement for each project. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in the work performed by our crew under normal use and conditions. The warranty does not cover damage caused by customer misuse, accidents, acts of nature, structural defects in the underlying base not disclosed or discoverable at the time of the estimate, soil movement or settlement outside the scope of work, or modifications made by parties other than our crew. Materials warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Rosenberg Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on information provided on the Site, or any service provided under a written agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, all information, content, and materials on the Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit in connection with any dispute with us.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Texas for the resolution of any disputes that are not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
